Happy New Year !
Time to trade back out to train with Team Evolution again. Looking forward to catching up with Paul, Reidy and my U12 training buddies, Lucas, Alex, Keiran and Kasper.
Ambition Leogang Races coming up on the 10th January so something to aim for !
Spent the evening with the Team at a local Krampus Festival.
In Austro-Bavarian German-speaking Alpine folklore, Krampus is a horned, anthropomorphic figure who punishes children during the Christmas season who have misbehaved, in contrast with Saint Nicholas, who rewards well-behaved ones with gifts. Regions in Austria feature similar figures and, more widely, Krampus is one of a number of Companions of Saint Nicholas in regions of Europe.
Off to Austria for the December Training Camp
Had a great week on GS, Slalom and for the first time Super G with coach Reidy and fellow athletes Emerson, Keiran and Alex.
Got to meet (and he Instagram Fav my post) the great Ivica Kostelic.
