Tough race today against Kayne at the HSRC Club National. First run I posted 11:70, just in front of Kaynes 11:82. Run two with bibs reversed we both posted a 11:84.
Tight race but just pipped him to 1st place. Well done Kayne. Also well done to Evie U12 SMK Racer in her first race, finishing 9th.

After the SMK AGM today, it was Prize Giving for the SMK Internal Winter Race Series 2014/2015 with races held from October to March. Best results from 6 races left me in 1st place in all U12 and U 10 boys based on fastest runs. Well done to all that took part.

Massive thanks to Ben, Mark, Glen and Paul and my Parents as 11 weeks ago I torn my MCL.
11 weeks later with 6 slalom races in 6 weeks I have 2x 1st, 2x 2nd , 1x 3rd and a fourth. Plus 2 GS races with 1x 1st and 1x 2nd by just 0.02 seconds
Thanks guys I promise to keep up the good work.
The weekend of racing at SnoZone Castleford started with the Yorkshire Champs.
Thanks to a later start for the U12s we travelled up in the morning.
Waiting for the results from the Slalom to be published, by two aggressive runs left me in 1st place by 2.03 seconds.
On the GS, had a fastest time of 14.64, so finished 1st in the U12 GS. 
As all ages where running the same GS course it was great to be able to see where I would be and I finished 29th out of 102 racers !

In Spain on school trip this week, flying back to home tomorrow.

Great result today at the ERSA Hemel Summer League Race sponsored by Team Evolution.
Run 1 saw fast run from SMK racer Kayne meant I had to have a super fast and super smooth run. I did ! Posting a 12.94 second run which placed me first. With deteriorating snow conditions, Run 2 was always going to be a slower run, but still hit a 13.50 seconds run.
So finished 1st in my first race my coaches let me “go for it” after my MCL injury in April. Its great to be back on the podium.
