With two solid runs on Saturday, today was the day to push it and try to better my 12th Overall, however slightly wrong line into last two gates resulted in a straddle.
That’s ski racing !
DNF’s have chance to have second run, so asked for my Dad’s help ! 🙂
Great to be racing again and this weekend is the Anglo Welsh and British Indoor Champs at Chill Factore, Manchester.
Put down two solid and good runs, and finished 4th U16 (just out of the medals) but only by 0.26 seconds over the2nd place however best was to finish 12th Male Overall – knocked iBarts points down by less than 1 point, but all helps. Â Highest placed YOB 2004 !
Results show I am processing and narrowing the gaps!

Put down a reasonable Run 1 and a better Run 2.
Ended up 19th overall and 4th U16 (1st 2004). Need to hit that Run 1 better really delighted to finish both runs less than 1 second off U16 winner Robbie A !

Ended up 14th overall and 3rd U16 (1st 2004). Overall happy but Run 2 was disappointing.

After a week in Hintertux with @TeamEvolution back to more summer heat and summer  league racing in the Team Evolution ERSA Region Summer League at Snow Centre, Hemel.
Best of two runs in the Slalom, so chance to gun it down the same course twice !
Smashed it with a fast run 1 following by a faster run 2 ! Â 1st Place in Under 16 and starting to catch Team Evolution coach Will !
Also fastest run race on Extended Slalom – finished joint 5th overall and joint 3rd U16 !
First Club National at Ski MK Race Team @snozone since 2015 and what a great race.
Run 1, storming run over a technically set course pushed me into 6th position overall (2nd U16)
Run 2, Joseph T pipped me and pushed me into 3rd U16 and 7th overall. Â Well done to Tommy D in 1st U16.
Great afternoon’s racing @Snow Factor at the Hemel Club National.
Very tight racing, with 6 U16s finishing in the top 10, and I finished 6th but only 0.35seconds over the two runs off 1st U16 place.
Amazingly tight racing ! Â Well done to everyone !
It’s amazing how much work goes into organising and getting everything ready for a Club National.
Helped wash and sort bibs ready for Sunday’s race.
Our house looks like a storeroom with timing equipment, officials stuff and trophies.
Makes me appreciate the great work all the volunteers do to make these race events great and successful ! Thank you
