2nd October 2016 – Rehab Day 188 @BRPC Massive Improvement

Look at the difference between (Single Leg Triple Hop Right) Tested on 31/Aug/16 = 3.650m

Compare with Tested today 2/Oct/16 = 4.220m

Massive improvement in distance, alignment and straight line accuracy. Also foot position (credit card gap under heel) and power is really good – thank you Ben ! All these S&C sessions are starting to really to show ! Thank you !
