After some repairs, new Oakleys, guess back on the bike and get the miles in again and some coffee and Gluten Free Cake !

Had to happen, and they say if you haven’t crashed then not a true road cyclist ! Thanks to Shaun and his girlfriend and MKRC for getting me to A&E.
