7th October 2015 – Met an Olympian!
Tonight I met Kelly Gallagher, MBE, winner of Britain’s first ever Winter Paralympic gold during the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, Russia. Kelly, with the support of her guide Charlotte Evans, finished first in the visually impaired Super-G competition. Kelly was an inspiration to meet and I hope the next time I wear an Olympic Gold Medal it’s one I’ve earned! All the best for this coming World Cup Season, Kelly!
30th September 2015 – Team Evolution Video
Alex Reidy, Childrens’ Coach of the Year 2015 of Team Evolution commented “What a great week in Landgraaf! Not only did the guys snap up a few results, they also made important technical developments during training sessions. The season is really fast approaching now and we’re itching to get away for October camp on the real snow ….. But first, heres a video of the fake snow, enjoy! SnowWorld“
27th September 2015 – Travel to Meet Beachborough School in Paris
So after a week of ski training and weekend of racing it was time to drive down to Paris to meet the rest of my Year VII classmates for a week French trip around Paris.
Can’t leave my skis in the car, so end up nearly sleeping with my Nordica’s !
27th September 2015 – Lowlands Championships @ Landgraaf
What a great week and weekend of races.
3rd SnowWorld Cup, 3rd Lowland Championships and member of the GBR Team that finished 3rd !

27th September 2015 – Lowlands Championships – Country Trophy
With points counting from all age groups from 1st to 5th place, the final country trophy results where :
3rd GBR, 2nd Belgium and 1st The Netherlands.
Kayne and I were presented with the 3rd place trophy.

27th September 2015 – Lowland Championship 2015 @ Landgraaf
Sunday brought the second race of the Lowland Championship weekend. Excited by Saturday’s podium I was on a high to try to match my great result.
Run 1 I was placed in 4th, with Team Evolution athlete Lucas in 5th and SMK athlete Kayne in 6th. Again all to play for.
Another solid run, moved me into another amazing 3rd place. 
26th September 2015 – Post Race
After a great SnowWorld Cup result, time to ski prep and to stop Paul pinching my medal !
26th September 2015 – SnowWorld Cup @ Landgraaf
Saturday’s race in the Lowland Championships was the SnowWorld Cup. With a strong Dutch, Belgium, Luxembourg and GBR field I was drawn a good bib number, Bib 11.
After a good Run 1 I was lying in 5th place.
So to move up to a podium place I had to be consistent as this weekend races where on different courses and combined times. In another change to UK races, all the run 1’s are completed then reset and run 2.
So it was outside back to ski prep ready for Run 2.
After a reasonable Run 2, I climbed from 5th to 3rd !!
Also well done to Eleanor of Team Evolution with 1st U14, and SMK Racers Amanda 1st Femal Senior and James 2nd Male Senior.
22nd September 2015 – Team Evolution Training @ SnowWorld, Landgraaf
First trip / training camp with Paul, Stuart and 2015 Kids Coach of the Year Alex !
Off to one of my favourite indoor training centres ! SnowWorld in Landgraaf, The Netherlands. Indoor training for three days before the SnowWorld Cup and Lowland Champs at the weekend.
Hard three days of slalom and pro-slalom training, ski prep, fitness and School work every day. Great bunch of athletes training with Team Evolution.
