31st August 2016 – Rehab Day 156 – Benchmarking @ BRPC
Session of Benchmarking with Ben of Ben Reid Performance Centre. As part of the Rehab Way Forward agreed with Paul and Gus from Elite and Ben, today was time to measure jumps, counter movement jumps, standing leg jumps, etc, etc, etc – hard session!

Happy Birthday to me !
Great weekend, watching Hull FC come back from 10:0 down to sneak the Rugby League Challenge Cup at Wembley 10:12 with an amazing try and then a last gasp try saving tackle. Then over to Rockingham race circuit to watch the BTCC with Henry ! Thank Henry and Ed (Henry’s Dad)

26th August 2016 – Rehab Day 149 @ Elite Physical Medicene
After a meeting with Paul of Elite Physical Medicene and Ben of Ben Reid Performance Centre following the all clear (ACL or PCL) we have planned a couple of sessions of benchmark testing of both legs.
Then we can see the development over the next few months and monitor progress !
First of, back at Elite with Gus to have a gruelling Cybex test on both legs ! It was very hard, with two tests, one having 5 reps of 25 leg extensions on both legs – results show right (injured knee) some 30% behind the left.
Time to work hard !
August 2016 – James To Stay
Had a great week with my cousin James, shooting, greyhound racing, MK Dons, City Mazes (we didn’t escape and it was difficult), Pokemon Go hunting, Segway safari, loads of PS4 !
12th August 2016 – Rehab Day 137 – MIR Results
Paul at Elite had spoken to Mr Haroon, and we had an afternoon appointment with Mr Haroon – and great news all clear, no damage to the ACL or PCL !
