The rules are simple….
8 sets with a 2 minute break between each.
Start on the red cone. Your partner chases you when you pass the yellow cone. Get caught and you have to do an extra set. Catch your partner and you loose a set! Swap with your partner each time.See them sprint! Now itβs time to have fun adventuring in the outdoors. After all it doesnβt all have to be so specific!
