Happy Birthday Emma & Sophia
Amazing party at Rockingham. Thank you for the invite !
Earlier start today, and missing my first day of school ! but off to Stoke Mandeville Hospital to have my cast removed, hopefully my stitches and a new cast.
Stitches about to come out !
X-ray shows good progress, so time for a new cast and another 4 weeks on crutches.
Got the choice of colours ! Thought a mixture of Red and Green would look sic !
Massive thanks to the Staff, Nurses and Doctors at Stoke Mandeville Hospital for my very swift treatment this morning – all very seamless between departments and the staff in the Plaster Dept where the best ! Thanks.
Been resting at home, playing loads of PS4 games and watching movies.
Paul at Team Evolution has set me lots of Recovery Tasks, so been learning German on the Duolingo App (its great and can do 10-20 mins a day), also practicing my juggling.
One other task he has set is to research Olsson’s, Vonn’s and Svindal’s injuries and any special exercises during their rehab, together with how the did something fun during their rehab to keep their mind in focus.
I should have been out with Team Evolution skiing until the 9th April, but due to my accident I was home. Dad had sorted for him and Mum to be in the Royal Box at the Johnstones Paint Trophy Final at Wembley between Oxford United and Barnsley.
So guess what I took his place. It was an amazing experience. Met Sir Michael Parkinson and saw Dickie Bird. Good match by two teams both wanting the win, but Barnsley won 3:2.
So I have a. watched loads of matches at Wembley, b. played football on the pitch in a great training session back in 2012, c. been in the changing rooms and walked out of the players entrance during a few tours, d. watched my Mum and Dad zip wire across the pitch, e. watched Robbie, Take That (the Pet Shop Boys – that ones for you Dad) & Ed Sheehan in concert and have now been in the Royal Box. All amazing experiences.
Thank you Debbie and the team at Club Wembley.

Good to be home and back with Woody! and also good to get out in the fresh air.

My parents have said how great the Emergency Assistance through my insurance from PJ Hayman have been.
So after a good nights sleep in the hotel in Aime, time to travel home and see Mum and Woody.

I had been booked on an Easyjet from GVA to LTN with three seats just for me! Easy jet hoasties where brilliant.
Great to see Mum again and great to be home and my own bed, despite it being downstairs.
