I get to ski with a great bunch of Minis (U12/10) at Team Evolution and to work with Alex “Junior Coach of the Year” Reidy, Paul and Stuart – Thanks guys

Although I am unsure what bit of the training this relates to ?  Was this something to do with my two DNF’s on Thursday ?
