Another great session with Ben at BRPC.
Managed in the last set of reps 48, 43 and then on last set 56 Lateral Box Jumps in 60seconds. Almost 1 per second ! Up to 35 seconds matching jump per second. Not bad for 2nd attempt!
Plus knee band assisted pull ups in that final reps, hitting 10 pull ups on last set!

Back to the Gym with Ben today.
He really pushed me hard today. Starting to add lots of control to my exercises.
The Good Mornings were hard but got the hang of them.

Massive thanks to Ben, Mark, Glen and Paul and my Parents as 11 weeks ago I torn my MCL.
11 weeks later with 6 slalom races in 6 weeks I have 2x 1st, 2x 2nd , 1x 3rd and a fourth. Plus 2 GS races with 1x 1st and 1x 2nd by just 0.02 seconds

After a great Saturday of racing at SnoZone Castleford, Sunday was the first Lions Club National.
A stronger field at the U12 level today, brought about a couple of tight times between me and my Evolution team mate Lucas.
Slalom Run 1 Lucas was in the lead, he got 14.49 and I got 14.50. I knew I could race faster as I had caught / crossed my skis on leaving the start gate.
So Run 2 and bibs in reverse order I ran first and with controlled aggression I posted a massively improved 14.14, and Lucas recorded a time of 14.54
So two wins out of two over two days on the Slalom. Good runs from Lucas !
Didn’t get the weekend all my own way on the Giant Slalom, after being pipped by Lucas over a combined two run time by 0.02seconds. Lucas’ first run doing all the damage as our run 2 times where identical.
Good weekend for SMK Racers, yesterday Podiums for Rebecca (great 1st), Maxine, Sarah and Zac. With SMK Racers Amanda, Maxine, Sarah and Zac today on podium places.

The weekend of racing at SnoZone Castleford started with the Yorkshire Champs.
Thanks to a later start for the U12s we travelled up in the morning.
Waiting for the results from the Slalom to be published, by two aggressive runs left me in 1st place by 2.03 seconds.
On the GS, had a fastest time of 14.64, so finished 1st in the U12 GS. 
As all ages where running the same GS course it was great to be able to see where I would be and I finished 29th out of 102 racers !
