Shame Villa didn’t turn up today but that is probably down to the gap in the Premiership spending.

First time at Greyhounds. Not great on picking winners on the races I was “betting” on (£20 down on the night)
It was really good.

23rd May 2015 – Strength and Conditioning Training With BRPC
Great session with Ben of BRPC today. Measurement screening scores today.
Managed additional 5cm on standing two leg jump. Shows right knee coming back up to strength. Overall scored 3’s and 4’s out of 5. So lots to work on.
Second half worked on Single leg squats, solid press ups and balance on Swiss ball.
Managed 2 out of 3 attempts in standing Swiss ball with time over 2 minutes !
