Went with my ski coach, Ben, to visit Elite Physical Medicene in Aylesbury this afternoon (http://www.elitephysicalmedicine.co.uk).  Amazing gym and consulting rooms. Met Paul Thawley who asked me loads of difficult questions, like how did I fall over ! ( http://www.elitephysicalmedicine.co.uk/the-team/paul-thawley/ ) He showed my knee on an Ultra-sound machine and I could see a small lateral tear in my Medial Collateral Ligament, and my knee bones and the fluid around the knee.  (He also showed me how to walk properly with my crutches!)   So I have a series of exercises that I have to repeat during the day and a return appointment next Friday.
