20th February 2015 – Gravity Training Camp, Schladming – Day 6
Final day of a totally amazing week. Today on slalom skis, with a morning free skiing, and the longest afternoon ever, on the slalom race piste lanes.
Big thank you to the coaches Glen and Matt, and to all the others on the camp.
Hotel has been great, and they have accommodated my Gluten allergy brillianty, as the food has been amazing.
19th February 2015 – Gravity Training Camp, Schladming – Day 5
18th February 2015 – Gravity Training Camp, Schladming – Day 4
Another amazing day, great weather and snow conditions.
GS skis again, and really getting used to them. Feedback from Coach Matt was really great (“jaw dropping for first runs in the morning, great shape, hip near to snow”). Obviously loads to work on after afternoon runs !!!
Too busy for pictures today, so pinched one from Glen from lunch.
Great to see Mum and Dad waiting to see me at hotel when we arrived back, even though they are staying in hotel across town, not seen them for last 24 hours.
Dad sent me pic of Mum’s amazing fall, (she blamed Dad’s ski prep).
Great news from the English Champs in Bormio with Glesni taking 1st place in the U12 Girls Combi Race today. Well done Glesni.
18th February 2015 – SMK Best Double Selfie Competition
17th February 2015 – Gravity Training Camp, Schladming – Day 3
On the GS skis again as the conditions are amazing.
After a morning of GS fast free skiing, we hit the race piste with a great part stubble part full GS gate course.
Time to sit, listen and put into practice all the elements Matt and Glen have been telling us and showing us in the GS free ski sessions on the gates.
One word FOCUS !
Great feedback after a great day!
16th February 2015 – What a Difference 12 Hours Makes
After vomiting whilst skiing yesterday, a good dinner, lots of sleep, amazing breakfast I have gone from 50 Shades of Pale (that’s what Dad called me) back to my normal enthusiastic self again.
Bring on the rest of the week.
Yesterday
Today
It’s hard to control my food intake (gluten free) when abroad skiing, but have to get used to it.
16th February 2015 – Gravity Training Camp, Schladming – Day 2
Amazing day training with Glen and Matt.
The weather and pistes are amazing, the snow is perfect and the crowds are really small so very little waiting for a lift.
Morning spent free skiing on GS skis, with the afternoon having the training piste lanes all to ourselves.
Worked hard on GS body positioning and carving to the limits of the skis.
15th February 2015 – Gravity Schladming Training Camp – Day 1
After long car ride to Austria finally arrived to amazing piste and weather conditions.

Great day On SL skis around Schladming in Austria
Some great reports back from coach on my skiing, so will work hard on rest of the week.
(Shame I vomited on my last run down – maybe the Gluten Frei lunch choice wasn’t fully GF that’s why look so white).
